WORKSHOP SESSIONS

SDi Level One: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day.
SDi Level Two Confab: Starts at 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 22; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 23; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May 24, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on May 25.

Included in event cost:
All event materials, a comprehensive SDi manual of reading materials, and break refreshments. Accommodation and meals are not included.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

Course combination discount:

Attending both Level One and Level Two Confab: $1,500 per person.

Group discount:

For every three participants signing up at full price, a fourth participant from the same group (organization, family, or similar distinct unit) may attend free. Groups must arrange this among themselves. Group leader, please write with group names and details to info@spiraldynamics.net to verify if your group qualifies.

Student discount:

Students not working in income-earning occupations and currently enrolled FULL-TIME at colleges and universities may attend at half price. Please write with details to info@spiraldynamics.net to verify if you qualify.

Returning veterans may repeat Level One at half price.

Regret, no nonprofit or other discounts available at this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds on cancellations after close of day three business days prior to start of the relevant event. Cancellation refunds prior to one week before the event incur a $50 administration fee.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Standard guest suites at the Embassy Suites-Outdoor World are available at a special conference group rate of $159 per night, single or double occupancy; $169 for triple and $179 for quad occupancy; plus applicable taxes.

These rooms are large and comfortable, and the special suite rate includes a full cooked-to-order breakfast every morning as well as a “Happy Hour” reception every evening between 5 and 7 pm.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Checkout time is 12:00 Noon.

Reservations after this date will be subject to prevailing hotel rates.

We recommend the above accommodations in the Embassy Suites Outdoor World over other less expensive options in the area. When comparing the large suites which pleasantly occupy up to 4 people, the scrumptious hot breakfast and evening reception included in the rate, as well as the no-transport-needed convenience, the special conference room rate is definitely worth it.

However, here are some alternative lodging options in the vicinity:

All three options above are “within walking distance” of the Embassy Suites. Please remember, though, that Dallas-Fort Worth wrote the book on urban sprawl... which gives relative meaning to “walking distance.” Do check with the alternative lodging of your choice to make sure it's right for you.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

There are some interesting family vacation and leisure destinations in the Dallas-Arlington-Fort Worth area, including Six Flags Over Texas, Waterworld, as well as many historic sites in Fort Worth.
